WHAT WE DO
Take a trip to the beautiful & historic Village at Winona Lake where you’ll find The Olive Branch. We are proud to provide our customers with fine Olive Oils & Balsamic Vinegars. You and your taste buds will travel around the world as you sample our products that come from Spain, Italy, Greece, Australia, Israel, Tunisia, Chile, and California. To ensure our products are freshest available, we buy our fine extra virgin and first cold pressed Olive Oils from the countries that are in season.
Our flavored vinegars, from Modena, Italy, the balsamic capital of the world, are aged to perfection for 12 years. Our best seller, Traditional Balsamic, with no flavor added, is aged for 18 years. Balsamic vinegars are a wonderful meat tenderizer, great as salad dressings alone or paired with EVOO, and enjoy drizzled over hot green vegetables like grilled squash, tomatoes, spinach, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower or green beans.

NEW VENTURE, NEW PASSION
Last year Billy Hutchinson followed his heart, left the corporate world, and found his professional passion in the beautiful & historic Village of Winona. It was time for a new challenge while continuing his love for providing customers with an exceptional experience. Buying the Olive Branch, at first, was a little scary but quickly turned to excitement as the change seemed to be the natural next step.
Billy and his wife Maria embraced learning, becoming a part of the Village of Winona family, & making the Olive Branch a business focused completely on giving their customers the best…in both products and experience. “It’s important that people enjoy coming in, love our products, and feel valued. We are so blessed to have customers who have immediately fallen in love with the products.”
As you walk through the doors of the historic bungalow, it’s hard not to be impressed by the Olive Branch. With over 50 authentic flavors of pure extra virgin olive oils and premium balsamic vinegars, there’s a flavor for every palette. But what is most important to Billy is making sure customers are getting only the freshest, finest of oils and balsamic vinegars. To ensure he’s getting the best, Billy gets his products from farmers all over the world during peak season.
“I love when our products create a new or rediscovered love for preparing great cuisine. We have been working hard to have a wide range of recipes on our website so we are always a helpful resource to customers.” Billy is confident that once you visit the Olive Branch, taste any and all of the over 50 flavors of fine olive oils and the sweet, rich flavors of balsamic vinegars, you’ll want to create a finer at home food experience.
The Olive Branch is where the health minded & culinary connoisseurs collide. The products taste so amazing it’s hard to believe they contain heart healthy and high in anti-oxidants. When you are at the Villages of Winona Lake, Billy is easy to find. He’s either helping customers at the Olive Branch or making the commute to or from his Winona Lake home on his golf cart which he lovingly calls “The Olive Branch Express.” The short drive in a golf cart instead of his truck makes fuel fill ups now a rarity, and a perk he really enjoys!
